1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProTip365 (the “Site”) and its services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

ProTip365 provides an online platform (e.g. for tip & shift management, tracking, analytics). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must register for an account to access certain features.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current information.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the service

  • Upload viruses or harmful content

  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service unless authorized

5. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • Certain features may require payment or subscription.

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

  • Subscription renewals may happen automatically (if enabled).

  • Refund policies, if any, will be described at purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and software belong to ProTip365 or its licensors.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use content for non-commercial, personal use (unless otherwise agreed).

  • You may not remove copyright notices or infringe on our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose).

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

  • Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ProTip365 and its officers, employees, agents harmless from any claim or demand (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination:

  • Your rights under these Terms immediately cease.

  • You must stop using the service.

  • We may delete or de-identify your data (unless retention required by law).

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION / COUNTRY].

Any dispute shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted, and we may notify users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms (along with Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) constitute the full agreement between you and ProTip365 regarding use of the service.
